We’ve all learned over the past two years that we cannot predict the unpredictable, but engaging a mentor is the smart way to develop your skills, hone your connections and increase your knowledge base ready for you to take your next step as the industry soars again.

For those who need a reminder about what TIME is all about, its aim is to advance aspiring individuals who have one year or more experience in the travel and tourism industry, and offer development guidance, business skills and support sessions within a formal mentoring and peer collaboration environment.
The mentoring programme is recommended for people looking to:
