Construction on the fourth Edge Series ship, Celebrity Ascent, was marked with a ‘good luck’ coin ceremony, welding a coin to what will become the 17-deck-high vessel’s keel ahead of her debut in Fort Lauderdale’s Port Everglades on 3 December 2023 for the inaugural Caribbean season.

Cruise Traveller welcomes two new cruise partners aboard

Australian small-ship specialist Cruise Traveller shared news of two new cruise partners at last week’s Cruise360 conference and trade show, welcoming Fred Olsen Cruise Lines and nicko cruises, which Cruise Traveller now represents in Australia. Fred Olsen Cruise Lines launches with a new Australian website and an exclusive 95-night circumnavigation of Africa package in late 2023.
Australians can save AUD$3,460 per couple and receive a free pre-cruise stay in London with a complimentary tour, plus a bonus onboard spending money for bookings made by 30 September 2022.
