Luxury travel specialist APT will continue its sponsorship of Nine’s broadcast of the Australian Open in 2023, marking 10 years as a broadcast partner of the tennis tournament.
Those tuning in to the year’s first Grand Slam event, will see exclusive APT-branded ‘Set Highlights’ during matches as part of the sponsorship.
Live promotions will be supported by television commercials and billboards, extended video presence on the 9Now app, and radio, print and digital offerings.
APT Travel Group general manager marketing Aaron Rowden said the company was “extremely pleased that we can continue our ongoing partnership with the Australian Open for the tenth consecutive year”.
“It shows our travel agent partners and guests that APT is committed to continuing to offer amazing travel opportunities as we share the message that travel is well and truly back,” he said.
The Australian Open sponsorship coincides with the launch of the company’s Discover the world with APT campaign, which puts the idea into travellers’ minds that there is no better way to experience a destination than with Australia’s largest family-owned tour and cruise company.
