The Travel Junction has teamed up with Aussie fintech company Mint Payments to widen the payment options available to its travel partners and introduce a fast and secure bank transfer solution for agents, suppliers and wholesalers.

The Travel Junction recently introduced its dedicated reservations sales team to allow more flexibility for agent bookings – either via the self-serve HELiO platform or by calling the expert team.

With Mint Payments, The Travel Junction can now offer an EFT payment option that will further assist travel advisors, the HELiO platform and its reservation sales team.

The Travel Junction Director of Customer Experience Les Nelson said the wholesale omnichannel platform is a first for the industry with all reservation sales team bookings also residing in HELiO.

“This means a travel advisor can access and amend an itinerary and add travel components in HELiO that’s been created by our team as well as settle payments with MintEFT,” he said.

MintEFT offers agents, suppliers and wholesalers a dedicated, fast and secure bank transfer payment solution with advanced user management capabilities.

Mint Payments CEO Alex Teoh added: “We’re pleased to establish this new relationship with The Travel Junction and support the ongoing diversification of their business by providing a secure and seamless EFT solution to their travel advisors.”
