TravelManagers has wrapped its latest round of in-person training days, providing personal travel managers (PTMs) in Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Sydney with the tools and tips to create more profitable and high-performing businesses.
Organised and facilitated by TravelManagers’ team of Business Partnership Managers (BPMs), the training days provided valuable face-to-face time with key leaders.
Finance & Commercial Manager Tanyu Cilek explained how to use existing technology to analyse businesses and grow profitability while Fares & Ticketing Manager Jose Cañas updated PTMs on more valuable fare types plus Amadeus tips and tricks.

Western Australia BPM Alison Banks said PTMs thrive on learning from each other in person and felt more mindful of applying best practice learnings to enhance their businesses after the training day.
Likewise, South Australia BPM Maggie Bootsman said her PTMs are already putting their new skills to great use and can see it paying off.

SA-based PTM PTM Philippa Williams said: “Getting together to brush up on work skills in person is a great add-on to the amazing support provided remotely by the National Partnership Office team and paramount to thriving within the home-based model.”

Mr Cilek said he loved seeing the PTMs apply their learnings to great success.
“It’s great to work with such an engaged and diverse group of PTMs across Australia with each session offering up thoughtful and considered questions that allow training to be applied to real-life situations.”
