Avalon Waterways President Pam Hoffee is the first world cruise industry leader confirmed to take the stage at the Cruise360 Australasia conference and trade show, taking place in Brisbane for the first time on 7 September 2023.
A long-time executive of Avalon Waterways and its parent group, the Globus family of brands, Ms Hoffee will join a lineup of industry leaders to offer insights into cruising’s global trajectory at Cruise360.
Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) will host the Southern Hemisphere’s biggest annual cruise industry conference, which expects to attract around 600 delegates for a packed program of speakers and panel sessions.
Cruise360 will feature industry representatives from the CLIA community, including advisors, cruise lines, ports and destinations, industry suppliers and partners.

CLIA Managing Director Australasia Joel Katz said Ms Hoffee will explain the evolution underway in river cruising and the opportunities that exist for travel advisors and their clients.
“Pam Hoffee has led Avalon Waterways through a time of great innovation in river cruising, so she will be able to provide fantastic insight into what river cruise guests are seeking and how the industry has changed to broaden their experiences,” he said.
The Cruise360 Australasia conference and trade show is at the Royal International Convention Centre (Royal ICC) at Brisbane Showgrounds on 7 September 2023 with an industry-wide welcome evening event on 6 September.
