Rolling Seas Bilinga has recently opened on The Gold Coast on the shores of Bilinga Beach.
With capacity to accommodate 12 guests, the private estate has a clean, relaxed coastal aesthetic.

About the estate
Spanning across two spacious villas, The Residence and The Cottage, the property is designed to be rented exclusively by one group.
The Residence, the main dwelling of Rolling Seas Bilinga, sleeps up to eight guests and featuring four bedrooms — and a mix of both communal living spaces and private zones. There’s also an an infinity pool, wellness room, ping-pong table, and sunken dining area, gourmet kitchen, butler’s pantry and plenty of dining and lounging spaces.
The Cottage is a separate, double- storey villa located at the entrance of the Rolling Seas estate that can sleep up to four guests. Originally devised as a guest house, The Cottage includes a full kitchen, dining, and lounge facilities.
Rolling Seas Bilinga was styled by Three Birds Renovations — the boutique renovation and styling company. It opens as one of the first Three Birds properties available to experience via guest bookings.
