The new-look SilverKris Lounge at Perth International Airport is now open with double the space, more facilities and new dining options for Singapore Airlines premium passengers and eligible Star Alliance and Virgin Australia guests.
Singapore Airlines’ refreshed Perth SilverKris Lounge is twice the size of the previous space and can accommodate up to 135 guests.
It’s centrally located in the International Departure terminal (T1), opposite Gate 52, with convenient access to all international boarding gates in the transit area.
Refreshed design and new amenities
The new lounge features a larger buffet area with a live cooking station and full-service bar, offering barista coffee and signature drinks plus a wider selection of freshly prepared food and beverages throughout the day.
Guests can work in several specially designed productivity pods or relax in the wingback chairs with USB and charging points readily available. Shower rooms are also available to freshen up before your flight.
SQ commissioned industrial design firm DP Architects to refresh the ‘Home Away from Home’ concept applied across SIA lounges worldwide.
The design includes signature elements from the recently completed flagship SilverKris Lounge in Singapore Changi Airport, such as batik motifs incorporated throughout the lounge amenities and furnishings.
The lounge opens as SQ ups its capacity to Australia, including three additional weekly services from 31 March 2024 for 28 flights per week between Singapore and Perth.
It will be open to SQ passengers travelling in Business Class or First Class Suites, PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold members.
Virgin Australia Velocity Beyond, Platinum, and Gold card members departing on SIA-operated flights and Star Alliance Gold Members travelling on Star Alliance-operated flights can also access the lounge during operating hours.
