Velocity Frequent Flyer has opened a new Velocity Store, merging its former Rewards Store and e-Store into a single online destination where members can earn and redeem Velocity points across more than 300 brands.
Live from today, the Velocity Store lets members shop, earn and redeem Velocity points in one place, on thousands of products from participating retailers, via the Velocity Store website and the Velocity Frequent Flyer app.
The store consolidates the former Velocity Rewards Store and Velocity e-Store, adding more flexible payment through points, cash, or a combination of both with Points + Pay.
To mark the launch, members can earn 1,000 bonus points on their first eligible transaction, capped at the first 30,000 members to qualify during the offer period.
What can members earn and redeem

Members can earn three points per $1 spent, or redeem points outright, across brands including Apple, Samsung, Sony, Dyson, KitchenAid, Samsonite, JB Hi-Fi, Nintendo, Garmin, Canon, Swarovski and Weber.
Sample redemptions listed at launch include Apple AirPods 4 at $219 or 42,524 points, a Sony PlayStation 5 Slim console at $998 or 193,786 points, and a Dyson Airwrap at $896 or 173,981 points.
Luggage sits within the mix too, with a Samsonite Lite three-piece navy set at $862 or 678,641 points, alongside travel-adjacent buys such as a Weber Go Anywhere portable barbecue at $150 or 29,126 points.
How the shop and earn side works

Beyond direct purchases, members can earn points shopping online with Shop & Earn retailers such as The Iconic, Lululemon, Rebel and QBD Books, at two points per $1 at most retailers.
To qualify, members log in to the Velocity Store first, ensure cookies are enabled, then click through to a participating retailer. Points on eligible purchases are typically credited within 60 days once approved.
More retailers and brands are set to be added over the coming months.
Why the timing matters

The launch lands as Australians spent a record $82.6 billion online in 2025, up 14 per cent year-on-year and representing 24 per cent of all retail spending, according to the Australia Post eCommerce Report 2026.
“We’re always looking for more ways to help our members get value from their Velocity membership, and the new Velocity Store is a great example of that,” a Velocity Frequent Flyer spokesperson said.
“For the first time, members can earn and redeem Velocity Points in the one place, making it even easier to shop with hundreds of leading brands while getting closer to their next holiday or reward.
“Whether you’re buying a new laptop, upgrading your headphones or shopping for gifts, the new Velocity Store gives members more choice, more flexibility and even more ways to turn everyday shopping into travel.”
KARRYON UNPACKS: Points banked on a new laptop or set of headphones are Points that shave down the cost of a client’s next flight or upgrade, and for advisors it is a reminder that Velocity balances quietly grow well beyond the airport. With Points redeemable across everyday retail, members chasing a Bali or long-haul reward now have another lever to reach it faster.
