Aussie adventure travel company Aurora Expeditions has announced new roles and appointments in its Sydney-based sales and customer service team.
First up, Yasemin Coskun has been appointed Global Groups and Charters Manager. This new role underscores Aurora’s focus on expanding this segment. Aurora says Coskun will manage global groups and charters and will bring extensive experience in sales and reservations as she aims to ensure smooth processes from inquiry to execution.
Additionally, Bruna Gaggio has joined Aurora in a Sales Executive role. Gaggio will handle calls from trade partners and direct customers, convert bookings, manage inquiries and resolve issues and comes with more than nine years of experience in the cruise industry, with a background in sales and customer service.

Looking to further streamline Aurora’s sales operational processes, the company has also added Chris Remnant as the new Sales and Customer Service Manager – APAC. Remnant will oversee the contact centre, APAC sales and customer service consultants, and fulfillment and documentation teams. Chris brings extensive experience in sales, cruise and travel.
“We are thrilled to welcome Yasemin, Bruna and Chris to the team,” Aurora Global Head of Sales and Customer Experience Elena Prenner said.

“As we continue to scale our operations globally, with two purpose-built ships and a third launching in December 2025, it is essential that we have the best teams to support our goals for growth and provide exceptional service to our trade partners and direct customers.
“I’m confident our new team members, with their wealth of experience and knowledge, will be invaluable assets to the Aurora family.”
