Movers + Shakers: Atout France new APAC Director Dominique Maulin-Diabira + trade-only event

As Paris 2024 showcases France to the world, Atout France has also made moves locally, appointing Dominique Maulin-Diabira to lead the tourism development agency’s strategic vision in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region, starting with a digital workshop for trade from 4-5 September 2024.

As Paris 2024 showcases France to the world, Atout France has also made moves locally, appointing Dominique Maulin-Diabira to lead the tourism development agency’s strategic vision in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region, starting with a digital workshop for trade from 4-5 September 2024.

Maulin-Diabira has worked at Atout France for more than 22 years, most recently as Regional Director for Spain & Portugal, based in Madrid, and before that as the agency’s USA Deputy Director in New York City.

As Director for Spain & Portugal, she conducted extensive market research, large-scale presentations and professional workshops, creating new business opportunities for members.

She also excelled in communication management and strategy, working closely with journalists, bloggers and influencers to establish strong and meaningful relationships.

Maulin-Diabira is committed to introducing innovative ideas to advance Atout France’s marketing efforts in Australia and New Zealand.

In her new APAC role, she also plans to strengthen partnerships and relationships with local tourism stakeholders to promote France as a premier destination.

The Beauties of France B2B trade event

Atout France will stage an online digital workshop with pre-scheduled, 15-minute one-on-one meetings for Australian and New Zealand tour operators and buyers to connect with 10 French destinations and suppliers.

Taking place from 4-7:15pm on 4-5 September 2024, interested participants can register here by 9 August 2024.
