Armstrong said it had been an honour to serve as CEO of such an iconic brand.

“After an amazing 5 years I am sadly leaving Contiki and moving on to pastures new,” he remarked.

“Leading such an iconic, legendary brand has been an incredible honour and would not have been possible without my epic team of Contiki rockstars who have consistently ‘delivered the magic’ to our young travellers – and not without a lot of fun and laughter along the way.

“Finally, I would like to sincerely thank the Tollman family for putting their faith in me to lead Contiki out of Covid – and I wish both Contiki and TTC every success in their new chapter under Apollo Funds.”
