The Entertainment Book creator launches into travel deals

You’re probably familiar with The Entertainment Book (and its signature cursive font) - a hardcopy book (and now app) offering its owners deals on dining and countless other experiences. Now, The Entertainment Group, the company behind the book and app, has launched into the world of travel deals with a new platform.

Now, The Entertainment Group, the company behind the book and app, has launched into the world of travel deals with a new platform.

Called Entertainment Travel, the portal will offer members thousands of deals on flights, hotels, cruising, rental cars and even travel insurance, with discounts of up to 20 per cent on holiday packages, encompassing everything from Mediterranean cruises to African safaris.

With an annual starting price for members of $70, Entertainment Travel will offer a portfolio of 36,674 cruises (partnering with all the major cruise lines, including Princess, Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Scenic, Silversea, Ponant, Celebrity and Azamara), 20,260 guided holidays (with operators like Wendy Wu, Intrepid, Backroads, Collette, Globus, Insight, Trafalgar, Rocky Mountaineer and more) and over 750,000 hotels around the world.

Entertainment Travel will also offer more than 200 curated holiday packages that combine flights, accommodation and cruises.

According to the Group, the new portal will cater to various travel styles, offering options for solo travellers, families and luxury seekers. Members will also have access to a dedicated team of “experienced travel agents offering expert advice, personalised recommendations and full-service support for travellers to craft their dream holiday”.

The Entertainment Group says the launch of its travel platform comes at a time when many Aussies are “hawkishly watching their wallets” when it comes to holidays. 

The new travel deals are live now on The Entertainment App.

According to the Group, its commitment to community support remains at its core, with 20 per cent of membership sales going to fundraisers.
