Malaysia Airlines will increase its Sydney frequency to 17 flights per week on 30 August, rising to 21 weekly services by 31 October 2025. KL to Melbourne frequency will increase to 16 weekly flights on 29 August, gradually upping services to 21 per week by 30 October 2025.

Meanwhile, Auckland will also have more weekly flights from KL, increasing from eight services to 10 per week on 27 October 2025.

Malaysia Airlines will also introduce its all-new A330neo fleet on select ANZ routes.
