Cruise the Arabian Gulf

From December to March, Celestyal presents their Arabian Gulf voyages, where you can enjoy the wide-open seas in new and thrilling ways.
These include:
- Desert Days: This 7-night cruise calls in at six fascinating ports on a roundtrip adventure from Doha (on Saturdays) or Dubai (Mondays). Stops include Bahrain and Abu Dhabi, as well as two of those lesser-known ports we mentioned: Khasab in Oman and Sir Bani Yas Island in the United Arab Emirates. The former is a glorious coastal town with a backdrop of stunning mountains and dramatic fjords earning it the nickname ‘Norway of Arabia’; the latter is an off-the-radar wildlife haven home to gazelles, giraffes, cheetahs, and more. Sail aboard the Celestyal Journey from $1,039 per person twin share.
- Iconic Arabia: Perfect for a great value stopover or a bonus holiday add-on (because why not?), Celestyal Discovery sails on Iconic Arabia itineraries from four to seven days. The 3-night itinerary departs Abu Dhabi on a Friday, blending the glitz of Dubai with the wow-worthy beaches and wildlife of Sir Bani Yas Island. Take the 4-night midweek sailing from Abu Dhabi to explore Doha, Dubai (via Ras Al Khaimah), and the relaxed coastal port of Khasab, where Oman’s stunning fjords, vibrant mountains, and local traditions enchant. The 7-night Iconic Arabia combines both adventures! From $509 per person twin share.
- Ultimate Grand Prix Experience: Did you ever think you could combine cruising and Grand Prix racing? Probably not, but Celestyal think outside the square, so join them on an itinerary tailor-made to align with the Formula 1 schedule in Abu Dhabi. Across seven enchanting nights, visit Abu Dhabi to experience F1 speed and thrills before travelling to Dubai, Sir Bani Yas Island, Bahrain, and Doha. Join Celestyal Journey’s F1 cruise from $899 per person twin share.
Sail to & from the Arabian Gulf

As part of Celestyal’s season in the Arabian Gulf, they also offer four new 14-night repositioning cruises starting this December.
These special sailings feature two new countries for the brand – Jordan and Saudi Arabia – the voyages make five maiden calls: Aqaba in Jordan, Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, Muscat in Oman, Sharm El Shiekh in Egypt, and Ain Sukhna, also in Egypt. Sounds epic, huh?
- Ancient Athens to Amazing Abu Dhabi: This new 14-night sailing is available on two ships. The Celestyal Journey departs Athens on 22 November 2025 calling at Port Said in northern Egypt before the above maiden stops. You’ll also visit Dubai, arriving in Abu Dhabi on 6 December in time for the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend! Celestyal Discovery departs Athens six days later on 28 November, charting the same course, with an additional call at Kusadasi, Turkey, to see the famous ruins of Ephesus. From $1,429 per person twin share.
- Amazing Abu Dhabi to Ancient Athens: For the perfect way to arrive in Greece for the start of the Mediterranean season, book a cabin on one of two 14-night cruises. Depart Abu Dhabi on 6 March 2026 aboard Celestyal Discovery, charting a similar return course and the inclusion of Ain Sukhna in Egypt. On 21 March, Celestyal Journey departs Doha for a similar journey, with Kusadasi an extra port call. From $1,429 per person twin share.
Not up for the whole 14 days? There are several bookable segments for the outbound cruises, from four nights upwards, and they’re on sale now for booking before 31 May 2025.
Prices start at $469 per person twin share on the 4-night voyage and $1,429 on the 14-night departures. This includes meals, soft drinks, Wi-Fi, port fees, and gratuities. This sounds like a run-to-book scenario to us!
