Movers + Shakers: HAL & Seabourn elevate Alex Pikardt to Senior Sales Director ANZ

Holland America Line (HAL) and Seabourn have promoted Alex Pikardt to Senior Director – Sales, Australia & New Zealand, focusing on trade engagement, sales strategy and market development in the region.

Holland America Line (HAL) and Seabourn have promoted Alex Pikardt to Senior Director – Sales, Australia & New Zealand, focusing on trade engagement, sales strategy and market development in the region.

It’s a swift ascent for Pikardt, who joined the HAL & Seabourn team as Director of Sales in June 2024.

The promotion recognises both his significant impact and longstanding positive contribution to the broader Carnival Australia business since joining in 2010 and holding senior positions across National Accounts, Commercial Planning and Sales Operations.

Senior Vice President – Sales Rob Coleman said Pikardt’s exceptional leadership and strong strategic vision have fostered and expanded key alliances across the trade in a short time.

His deep industry knowledge and collaborative leadership style continue to play a pivotal role in strengthening partnerships and driving growth for both brands in the Australia and New Zealand markets.
