One of LA’s most iconic hotels and home of the Golden Globes, The Beverly Hilton will celebrate seven decades of Hollywood glamour in 2025 with a complete refresh of the entire property, due for completion in 2027.
The comprehensive redesign will touch all aspects of the property at the corner of Wilshire and Santa Monica boulevards, including reimagined guestrooms and suites, all-new culinary and retail destinations, a refreshed lobby and enhanced event spaces.

The Beverly Hilton is the cultural cornerstone of the upcoming 7ha One Beverly Hills development, which will also include Aman Beverly Hills, paying homage to its storied past while welcoming a new chapter.
As renovations progress, it will remain fully open and operational during the top-to-bottom transformation.
A storied property

Since opening in 1955, The Beverly Hilton has remained an enduring symbol of Hollywood glamour and hospitality, hosting red-carpet events, visiting dignitaries and A-listers.
Its distinctive mid-century modern design and Aqua Star Pool became synonymous with the era’s glamour, alongside buzzy dining destinations, including the famed Trader Vic’s.

To mark the milestone before the refresh is revealed, the hotel has launched a year-long celebration with nostalgic activations, a Golden Globes red-carpet selfie station, limited-edition keepsakes and a Beverly Hilton Reserve whiskey.
Guests can also book 70th Anniversary luxe packages, featuring a Penthouse Suite stay, complete with a Hollywood Classic Cars vintage car rental and a seven-course Decades Dinner inspired by the hotel’s archival menus.

The Beverly Hilton General Manager David Ecija said: “The Beverly Hilton has long been the stage for Hollywood’s most unforgettable moments.”
“As we celebrate this remarkable anniversary, we’re proud to invite guests into a year of exceptional experiences that pay tribute to our iconic past while ushering in a bold new chapter of luxury and innovation.”
