Movers + Shakers: Princess Cruises reveals four appointments and promotions

Princess Cruises has reshaped its sales leadership team, with four key appointments aimed at strengthening trade relationships and boosting frontline performance.

Princess Cruises has reshaped its sales leadership team, with four key appointments aimed at strengthening trade relationships and boosting frontline performance.

In Queensland, Tyrone Jost steps into the role of State Manager, bringing six years of onboard Princess experience to support partners across Qld, Northern NSW and the Northern Territory.

Meanwhile, David Craven has been promoted to Field Sales and Key Account Manager, where he’ll lead the national field team and work closely with key accounts to ensure consistency and results.

Elsewhere, Heather Pryde moves into an expanded role as National Sales Manager, recognising her significant contributions and added responsibilities.

Rounding out the changes, Elly Eves becomes Key Account and Operations Manager, continuing to lead sales support and groups while taking on operational support for the sales team and managing a portfolio of key accounts.

Princess says the moves underline the brand’s ongoing investment in account management and trade engagement.

“Each of these appointments reflects our commitment to building a high-performing, customer-focused sales division,” Princess Cruises Senior Director Sales and Marketing Asia Pacific Nick Ferguson said.

In other Princess news, the company recently revealed it is gearing up for its most ambitious Japan program yet, with two Japanese-built sister ships set to sail from the Tokyo region for the first time in an extended March–December 2027 season.
