Aman has confirmed plans to open Aman Singapore, a new urban sanctuary that will bring the brand’s hotel experience to the city-state for the first time. The property will be located within The Skywaters, Singapore’s tallest skyscraper currently under construction.
Before this opening, Aman has built its reputation on resort-style retreats located in remote or culturally significant destinations. The decision to enter Singapore reflects a broader shift for the group toward anchoring in global financial and travel hubs, where demand for ultra-luxury hospitality is expanding rapidly.
A strategic move into Singapore’s luxury hotel market
The project marks a major expansion for the hospitality group, which operates 36 resorts and hotels in more than 20 destinations.
Aman Singapore will anchor The Skywaters, a landmark tower developed by Perennial Holdings alongside Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, on a rare island site at the convergence of the Central Business District, Marina Bay and the future Greater Southern Waterfront.
“Singapore is a leading global city-state, celebrated for its rich cultural heritage and dynamic economy,” CEO and Chairman of Aman Group Vlad Doronin said.
“The launch of Aman Singapore, within the landmark The Skywaters development, marks an exciting chapter for our brand and is something our devoted community has long anticipated.”
Hotel features
An entire floor will be dedicated to suites, which are set to be some of the largest in the city, with panoramic views of both the skyline and the South China Sea. Kerry Hill Architects, a long-time collaborator with the hospitality group, will design the interiors with a focus on calm and spacious layouts.

Exclusive to hotel guests, facilities will include a comprehensive spa spanning a full floor, complete with an infinity pool. The hotel will also house a collection of dining venues, including Aman’s signature restaurants, serving both international and regional cuisine.
A new destination for business and leisure travellers
Located in the heart of Singapore’s financial and cultural districts, Aman Singapore will provide access to the city’s business hubs, green spaces and waterfront developments. The brand is positioning the hotel as an urban sanctuary catering to global guests travelling for both business and leisure.
“The Skywaters represents a bold new chapter for Singapore’s skyline – a landmark where innovation meets timeless elegance,” Perennial Holdings’ Executive Chairman and CEO Pua Seck Guan said.
Singapore joins a growing urban pipeline
Aman Singapore joins an expanding pipeline of city-based hotels for the group, with upcoming properties in Dubai, Riyadh and Beverly Hills, and existing urban sanctuaries in Bangkok, Tokyo and New York. The brand is positioning these urban outposts as key connection points for its global guests, particularly across Asia.

An official opening date for Aman Singapore has not yet been confirmed, though construction is underway.
