The CT Partners 2025 Conference in Singapore has wrapped with a gala celebration at Gardens by the Bay after two days of strategy sharing and industry collaboration, bringing together more than 100 delegates, including 36 supplier partners.
The annual conference’s closing event took over the Flower Dome with an orchestral performance, a tenor showcase and Four Seasons-inspired catering at the iconic Singaporean location.
It followed the two-day conference themed around ‘Resilience & Innovation’, featuring keynote speaker Ben Pronk DSC, a former SAS Commander turned leadership advisor, who spoke about high-performance decision-making and leading under pressure.

Australian Tourism Industry Association (ATIA) CEO Dean Long also spoke about industry resilience, followed by a facilitated workshop on building resilience and reinvention through deliberate leadership practice.
The conference and AGM also featured panel discussions on technology; a team-building event at Tanjong Beach Club on Sentosa Island, hosted by NCL’s Lisa Pile (Regent Seven Seas Cruises), James Sitters (Oceania) and Damian Borg (NCL); and strategic insights from the CT Partners board.

The board also welcomed new director Rachel Argent (Navan), increasing female representation alongside the re-election of Joe Araullo (Chair), Peter Muller, Gary Reichenberg, Michael Chase-Smith, Fiona Prosser and Anna McMurtrie.

CT Partners CEO Matt Masson said the final day captured the 2025 conference’s theme in action.

“What makes this week special isn’t just sharing our strategy or the results – it’s the people,” he said.
“When we’re in the room together or on the dancefloor, you can feel the energy levels soaring, the trust and the belief in where we’re heading as a group. We don’t just talk about partnership, we live it.”

Masson said the momentum from this year’s conference sets the stage for an elevated format in 2026, aligning with CT Partners’ accelerated growth across luxury leisure and MICE.
CT Partners revealed next year’s event will take place aboard Luminara, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s newest superyacht, sailing from Shanghai to Hong Kong on 17–20 November 2026.

The travel buying network had a strong FY25, reporting $2.2 billion in TTV (up 10%), an eight per cent increase in airline expenditure to $1.13 billion, a 22 per cent increase in leisure expenditure to $140 million and a 13 per cent increase in override payments to members, while reducing membership fees.
