Six Senses Fiji expands: 3 new beachfront residences set to open in 2026

Six Senses Fiji will add three new private beachfront residences to its luxury location on Malolo Island in the Mamanuca archipelago, bringing the 5-star property’s total residential collection to 16 – the largest in Fiji.

Six Senses Fiji will add three new private beachfront residences to its luxury location on Malolo Island in the Mamanuca archipelago, bringing the 5-star property’s total residential collection to 16 – the largest in Fiji.

Due to open in early 2026 and now available to book directly, the new residences will expand the current collection of 13 beachfront, ocean- and marina-view homes, ideal for extended stays, groups and multi-gen holidays and catering for the current surge in luxury travel to Fiji.

The new residences, 51, 52 and 53, are set away from the main resort with a prime, secluded location connected to a private beach and marina.

Each Six Senses Fiji residence features an indoor-outdoor design and includes access to a Guest Experience Maker (GEM) as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool with a deck and a complimentary resort nanny service for up to eight hours a day.

Residence 51 offers a five-bedroom beachfront abode with views of the beach and marina, the six-bedroom, family-friendly beachfront pool Residence 52 is the only one with an upper level with built-in bunk beds and Residence 53 offers the ultimate in seclusion with just one neighbouring residence and its own private beach.
