Australia’s largest business travel and events expo, Festival of Aviation & Corporate Travel Summits (FACTS), opens in Sydney from 25–26 November 2025 with 1,500 delegates and more than 100 suppliers across the global corporate travel, business events, travel payments and aviation sectors.
The inaugural two-day FACTS Summit & Expo event (previously the Australia Corporate Travel Summit or ACTS) is designed as a platform for new ideas and cross-sector collaboration and will feature more than 160 speakers.
These include industry heavyweights, such as Qantas CEO International & Freight Cam Wallace, Virgin Australia CMO Libby Minogue and AWS Global Head of Travel Massimo Morin, alongside senior execs from Amadeus, BCD, CT Connections, FCM and more.

Sponsored by Webjet Business Travel, Main Stage themes include the rise of agentic AI in corporate travel, sustainable aviation and decarbonisation, travel payments innovation, business events tech, airline retailing and NDC and next-gen travellers.
The Expo floor, sponsored by Air Canada, will host 100 exhibitors across accom, airlines and charters, event tech, ground transport, fintech systems and travel tech.

FACTS Co-Founder & CEO Derek Sadubin said the event aims to be the premier annual gathering for stakeholders shaping the future of mobility, corporate travel and events across the Asia Pacific region, launching at a pivotal time for the industry.
“FACTS was created to give the corporate travel and business events sector a strategic forum equal to the scale of its transformation,” he said.

“Whether it’s AI, digital identity, airline retailing, traveller wellness or the decarbonisation challenge, the entire ecosystem is being reshaped.
“FACTS is about bringing leaders together to share insight, confront the hard questions and shape what the next decade of travel looks like,” he said.

Association of Travel Management Companies (ATMC) Chair Penny Spencer said: “FACTS brings our industry together to share ideas, challenge thinking and shape the future of corporate travel.”
“ATMC is proud to support a forum that sparks meaningful conversations and strengthens our sector for the years ahead.”
