Flight Centre Travel Group has appointed Kathy Clifford as Head of Travel, Loyalty, for FCTG’s newly unveiled World360 Rewards program.
Ms Clifford will take on the role in tandem with her current position as Global Insurance Partnerships leader at FCTG.
As Head of Travel Loyalty, Kathy will lead the direction of travel partnership strategy for the new loyalty brand.

“I’m excited to bring my partnerships background into the loyalty space with World360 Rewards,” she told Karryon.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity to work with our travel partners in new ways and create more value for our customers.”
According to Clifford, the position is responsible for growing redemption options for members. She will also manage a team of product merchandisers, “who bring our loyalty rewards store to life”.

Kathy has been Global Insurance and Ancillary Partnership Leader for Flight Centre’s leisure and corporate brands since early 2024. In this role, she has led negotiations on local and global distribution deals with partners and worked closely with sales, marketing and product teams for FCTG’s selling brands.
Clifford has more than 16 years of experience in various roles within the group.
The announcement comes just a day after Flight Centre Travel Group revealed its first-ever leisure loyalty scheme, a program that revolves solely around travel, allowing members to earn, redeem and travel more.
