Raffles Courchevel will be the luxury hotel brand’s first alpine resort, while the historic Courcheneige Hotel will be One&Only’s first resort in France.
The two new ultra-luxe hotel brands, Raffles and One&Only are making their debut at premier French ski playground Courchevel.
Raffles Courchevel, a 50-room, new-build hotel, will open its doors for the 2028 winter season and will be a “refined, intimate slopeside retreat within the exclusive Jardin Alpin precinct”.
At the heart of the resort will be a collection of distinctive dining spaces, including a signature bar and tea lounge and two destination restaurants with winter gardens and expansive terraces.
A spa will combine “traditional alpine wellness with precision therapies rooted in longevity science”.
As well as treatment rooms, there will be thermal experiences, a dedicated fitness centre, and a panoramic swimming pool.

Raffles Hotels & Resorts CEO Omer Acar says it marks an “extraordinary milestone for our brand, representing our first venture into the stylish world of alpine luxury and our second distinguished address in France, joining Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris”.
“Raffles is celebrated for its highly personalised service, inherent sense of elegance, and unmistakable spirit of glamour. Courchevel, with its natural allure and vibrant sophistication, provides the perfect match.
“We are thrilled to collaborate with Art de Vivre, whose vision and dedication align perfectly with our own, to craft an exceptional and completely unique resort experience in the mountains.”

One&Only’s first venture into France, One&Only in Courchevel, will be a complete transformation of the historic Courcheneige Hotel and will open its doors in 2030.
At the summit of Jardin Alpin, the resort will have direct ski-in/ski-out access and a collection of restaurants, bars and lounges.
A wellness “sanctuary” will include indoor/outdoor wet circuit, thermal experiences, private treatment spaces, beauty and recovery facilities, and dedicated areas for movement and relaxation.
Tailored therapies will focus on everything from post-ski muscle restoration to mindfulness and sleep support.

Kerzner International CEO Philippe Zuber says the arrival of One&Only marks a defining milestone for the brand and future of luxury hospitality in the Alps.
“One&Only has always been about creating truly one-of-a-kind resorts that are deeply rooted in their destination, where exceptional design, genuine hospitality, transformative wellness and unforgettable experiences come together in a way that feels both personal and extraordinary.
“Following the tremendous success of the opening of One&Only Moonlight Basin in Montana just last year, we are proud to continue our expansion into the world’s most remarkable mountain destinations.
“With One&Only, we will bring a new spirit of alpine luxury to Courchevel, one that celebrates the beauty, energy and soul of the French Alps, while inviting guests to experience the rare sense of freedom that defines One&Only.”
