AAT Kings is taking its guided touring pitch directly to agents and travellers, teaming up with Helloworld Travel for a multi-stop roadtrip across Queensland, Northern New South Wales, the Hunter and the Central Coast.
Running all week, the travelling showcase will move from Brisbane to Sydney, stopping at Helloworld stores and partner locations along the way.
The roadshow combines trade-focused “Open Coach” sessions for advisors with consumer “Taste of Touring” experiences designed to inspire future Australia and New Zealand holidays.
Agents will be able to inspect AAT Kings’ customised small group touring coach, hear updates on the brand’s expanding touring range and connect directly with the team.

Travellers, meanwhile, can attend relaxed in-store events focused on destination inspiration and guided holiday planning.
Stops include the Gold Coast, Ballina, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Newcastle and the Central Coast.
The initiative comes as AAT Kings reports continued demand for guided touring, particularly small group experiences and itineraries across the Northern Territory, Tasmania, Western Australia and New Zealand.
“Travel advisors remain at the heart of our business and this roadtrip is about getting back out into local communities, reconnecting with our valued trade partners and inspiring travellers together,” AAT Kings Group CEO Ben Hall said.
“We’re proud to partner with Helloworld Travel on this initiative and bring the AAT Kings experience directly to agents and consumers across the east coast.
“Whether it’s stepping onboard the coach, hearing about our newest small group experiences or simply having a conversation about travel, these events are about creating genuine connection and excitement around touring.”
Separately, the operator has also confirmed the destination for its 2026 A-LISTERS ON LOCATION Top Achievers Tour.
Top-selling advisors will travel across the Northern Territory’s Top End and Western Australia’s Kimberley in September 2026, marking the first time the incentive spans two regions.
In partnership with Tourism and Events Northern Territory and Tourism Western Australia, the six-day trip will include Kakadu National Park experiences, scenic flights over the Bungle Bungles, Indigenous cultural encounters and an Ord River sunset cruise.
Top achiever incentive
The incentive runs from 1 January to 31 July 2026, with agents earning places through sales performance, growth and wildcard opportunities via the A-LISTERS Training & Rewards program.
“The A-LISTERS ON LOCATION Top Achievers Tour is our way of recognising and celebrating the achievements of our outstanding trade partners across the globe,” Hall remarked.
“Our 2026 journey builds on the momentum of last year’s New Zealand South Island experience, and thanks to the incredible support of Tourism and Events Northern Territory, Tourism Western Australia and our partners, we’re able to deliver something truly special across two remarkable regions.”
