Regent Seven Seas Cruises has unveiled its Regent 2027 Spotlight Voyage Collection of seven themed sailings led by the ultra-luxury line’s first-ever wellness and longevity cruise in partnership with ELEMIS skincare.
The inaugural Regent 2027 Spotlight on Wellness & Longevity with ELEMIS voyage sails from Trieste to Barcelona across 10 nights from 21 August aboard Regent’s newest ship, Seven Seas Prestige.
It is part of the Regent 2027 Spotlight Voyage Collection of European itineraries that spans wellness, genealogy, gastronomy and fine wine across four ships.
The wellness sailing is built around four pillars: Diet & Nutrition, Mind & Stress, Skin & Longevity, and Movement & Exercise with expert-led sessions, BeMoved classes, mindfulness enrichment and Blue Zone-inspired culinary programming drawn from the habits of the world’s longest-living communities.
The seven themes for Regent 2027 Spotlight

Beyond wellness, the Regent 2027 Spotlight collection leans heavily into wine. Four sailings pair guests with California and Italian winemakers: Foley Family Wines & Spirits (Rome to Barcelona, 24 March), Mercante Wine Merchants (Rome to Venice, 11 July), Palmaz Vineyards (Copenhagen to London, 11 July) and Honig Vineyard & Winery (Rome to Barcelona, 11 October).
A 12-night Edinburgh-Stockholm Epicurean Spotlight voyage from 14 July with journalist and author Mark Bittman and producer Kate Bittman features live podcast recordings, cooking demonstrations and intimate conversations aboard Seven Seas Voyager, which recently had a multi-million-dollar renovation.
A 12-night Ancestry.com Spotlight on Heritage voyage from London to Edinburgh, departing 2 July, includes AncestryPro genealogists with personalised consultations, optional ancestral home visits and itinerary-linked research.
Who it suits

The Regent 2027 Spotlight format targets repeat luxury travellers looking to cruise around a passion rather than a destination alone, part of Regent’s wider push to make the voyage the ultimate destination.
The collection draws on Seven Seas Grandeur, Seven Seas Splendor, Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Prestige, the last of which is Regent’s first new ship class in a decade with four new suite categories.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises President Wesley D’Silva said Spotlight Voyages represent the evolution of luxury travel for the line.

“Guests are looking not only to see the world, but also to engage through their personal interests and passions,” he said.
“Our 2027 collection has been crafted to bring together world-class experts and iconic luxury brands in a way only Regent can deliver.
“From exclusive culinary and wine experiences to our inaugural wellness and longevity voyage, each sailing offers a unique perspective while delivering unrivalled comfort and service.”
