Celebrity trainer Shannan Ponton kept Carnival Spirit guests in ship shape during a recent cruise to New Caledonia.
The cruise is part of the fitness expert’s agreement with Carnival Cruise Line to make sailing a little healthier for its guests.
The former Biggest Loser trainer made his debut with Carnival last year with the ‘Bootcamp at Sea’ – a program designed specifically for the line’s cruise passengers.
As part of the program, Ponton introduced healthy alternatives onboard and worked with fitness trainers to rollout new workouts in the fitness centre.
He joined a couple of cruises, during which he ran sunrise workouts, which attracted hundreds of active and non-active guests.
Back it at, Ponton helped the popular morning workout during a recent cruise to New Caledonia.
Shannan, pictured below with cruise director Josh Waitzman, joined guests on the nine-night Carnival Spirit cruise to host one of his popular bootcamps at sea and help guests achieve their own balance of holiday fun and a healthy lifestyle.
While onboard, he also conducted motivational seminars to inspire cruisers with goal setting advice for fitness and life.
Shannan will join Carnival Cruise Line guests again later this year as he hosts another bootcamp at sea on an eight-night Carnival Legend cruise to New Caledonia, departing Sydney on 4 November.
