Adventure travel incentives don’t get much more adventurous than this … FCTG Independent has wrapped up its quarterly adventure travel incentive with 14 travel advisors awarded a bunch of trips courtesy of incentive partners Intrepid Travel, Adventure World Travel and G Adventures.
Running from January to March, the incentive was designed to encourage agents to sell the three companies’ products and was met with “overwhelming enthusiasm” by more than 400 agents and agencies in the network.
Among the prizes on offer were free Intrepid tours, Animals Asia travel packages with Adventure World Travel, and $3000 G Adventures travel credits.
The FCTG Independent team hopes this incentive and others like it will give independent agents the opportunity to engage with suppliers, gain the knowledge they can pass on to their clients, and ultimately improve earnings.
“We are thrilled to see such a positive response to our quarterly incentive program,” FCTG Independent General Manager Nick Queale said.
“It’s a win-win for everyone involved – our agents get the opportunity to earn some amazing rewards, our suppliers benefit from increased sales, and our clients get to experience some incredible travel adventures.”
Top Overall Seller for Intrepid, Ida Portella, said it was “simple to sell when you have a top-notch, premium product, regular updates and excellent marketing material”.

Another Intrepid incentive winner, Mark O’Neill, said, “I have been an independent for over 10 years, and to have the freedom to run your own business along with the support of FCTG when needed is the perfect mix”.
