Abercrombie & Kent Australia (A&K) has announced that its Australian and New Zealand team can access an extra three well-being days leave per calendar year to invest in their well-being and encourage a better life balance.

Abercrombie & Kent Australia (A&K) has announced that its Australian and New Zealand team can access an extra three well-being days leave per calendar year to invest in their well-being and encourage a better life balance.

A&K Destination Management Company Australia and New Zealand Managing Director Graham Wood said: “If the past few years have shown us anything, it’s how important our mental and physical health is and that a healthy balance is crucial to support this.”

“We see the addition of wellness days as a mutually beneficial way to support our dedicated staff members and show them how valued they are.

“I am delighted and proud that, as a company, A&K continues to provide a work environment where the wellbeing of our staff is at the core of what we do,” he said.

The announcement comes as the leading luxury travel company recently added Susan Haberle as its new Head of Sales & Partnerships and Managing Director of Tour Operations to its ranks and is currently actively recruiting for 20 positions.
