The Globus family of brands is preparing to host Australasia’s top-selling travel agents on an adventure in South America this August, having chosen Peru as the destination for its 2015 Supertour.

The highly anticipated annual trip will reward 30 top-selling agents from across Australia and New Zealand with a nine-day expedition to Lima, Cuzco, the Sacred Valley and the famous ruined Inca city of Machu Picchu.

More than 200 top-selling agents have been notified they are now in the running for a coveted place on the Supertour. The final announcement of 20 successful Australian agents and 10 New Zealand agents will be made in May, with winners chosen based on their sales of 2015 Globus, Cosmos, Monograms and Avalon Waterways holidays.

Globus family of brands marketing manager Adam Mussolum said the Supertour reward program had become a huge success among travel agents since its introduction in 2002. This year, the tour will coincide with the launch of the tour company’s first dedicated South America brochure.

“The annual Supertour has become a great incentive for top-achieving travel agents and each year’s destination is eagerly anticipated.”
