The Council of Australian Travel Operators has shared the inaugural Top 20 Touring Travel Agents lineup, celebrating excellence achieved in the CATO Touring Academy program through monthly recognition and promoting them as touring experts to prospective clients.
The new Touring leaderboard spotlights the top-performing travel advisors who have completed the largest volume and variety of e-learning modules available in the CATO Touring Academy.
CATO Touring Academy is the only industry training platform exclusively dedicated to the touring sector and is designed to upskill Aussie advisors on all things touring-related, from touring essentials to destination and brand information.
Advisors receive CATO Touring Academy Certification upon completing a set number of modules.
