G Adventures just revealed that the Travel Advisor who “changes the most lives” by booking travellers on the most G Adventures tours in February will earn a wildcard space on the Change Makers Summit.
This global gathering of more than 100 Advisors will be held at an undisclosed location (any guesses?) from 02 June to 09 June 2019.
Five wild cards will be given away globally, with just one Advisor from Australia and New Zealand earning a wildcard space.
Three Advisors from Australia and New Zealand will be selected based on a ‘social submission’ entry, either written or video, that demonstrates how they’ve given back to others and/ or their community.
These entries are due by February 28, 2019 and can be submitted via Sherpa, G Adventures’ booking tool.
All up, 15 Advisors from Australia and New Zealand will attend the Change Makers Summit with 10 will earning their place by changing the most lives during the campaign period (October 01, 2018 – March 31, 2019).
The ‘Change Makers Challenge’ is G Adventures’ largest agent incentive to-date and the first of its kind to not focus purely on sales.
It challenges agents to focus on changing people’s lives through travel, and invites them to rediscover their purpose – why they love selling travel.

The Change Makers Summit will comprise of a week-long trip where Advisors will see first-hand the impact responsible travel has on local communities, and includes destination highlights to help build their product knowledge.
At the end of the trip, they will have a full-day, immersive G Adventures learning experience, and will be treated to a party night to remember.
