Intrepid Travel has launched The 30 Collective, a new trade incentive giving Australia and New Zealand’s top-selling travel advisors access to more than 150 reward trips, including 25-plus Premium adventures.
Aussie and Kiwi advisors who sell 30 eligible Intrepid trips between 1 January and 31 December 2026 will unlock the expanded reward collection when redeeming their complimentary trip.
It builds on Intrepid’s Sell 15, Get 1 Free incentive, which launched two years ago and attracted hundreds of advisors to participate to earn their own adventure.
More than 65 advisors have already hit the 15-trip milestone this year, prompting the tour operator to raise the bar by introducing The 30 Collective as an incentive.
How The 30 Collective works

For advisors, the sales target is 30 eligible Intrepid Travel trips sold across the 2026 calendar year. The certified B Corp operates more than 900 trips across a network of offices in 35 countries, spanning its core, Premium and other trip styles.
Reaching the 30-trip sales mark opens access to a collection of more than 150 reward trips, up from the previous single free adventure, with over 25 Premium itineraries now in the mix.

Only a select group of advisors reaches this sales milestone each year, so the new incentive is pitched squarely at those top performers.
The reward trips let advisors sample the adventures they have been recommending to clients. Options range from Feature Stays in the Brazilian rainforest to hands-on cooking classes in Morocco and tea picking in rural China.

KARRYON UNPACKS: Intrepid Travel has scaled its agent reward from a single free trip to a 150-strong collection, a signal that a solid cohort of ANZ advisors is now shifting serious volume of adventure product. For advisors already close to 15 trips sold, the new The 30 Collective incentive reframes what a top year looks like with Premium adventures now part of the reward options.
