Adventure World, along with partners Destination British Columbia and Air Canada, are running a competition to find an inaugural Travel With Purpose Ambassador – a travel advisor who embodies the sustainable tourism ethos that Adventure World is known for.

And it’s not just a token position with the winning advisor able to contribute directly to the conversation about sustainability in travel on a nine-day trip to Canada.

The Travel With Purpose Ambassador will attend the 2025 IMPACT Sustainability Travel & Tourism Summit in Victoria, British Columbia in January 2025, an annual conference that brings together the best minds to learn, share and shape Canada’s reputation as leaders in driving awareness and change in the sustainable tourism space.

In addition, the Travel With Purpose Ambassador will experience some of British Columbia’s tourism activities, focused on sustainability pillars including: social, human, economic and environmental, firsthand on Vancouver Island as well as in Whistler, Squamish and Vancouver.

If you think you have what it takes to be Adventure World’s Travel With Purpose Ambassador, make your way through to the entry form below or you can get right to it!

The Travel With Purpose Ambassador is a trailblazing role that informs and educates about the sustainable nature of booking travel by promoting the responsible tourism initiatives of Adventure World.

It seeks to highlight the responsibilities and changes that every advisor can make when booking and selling travel – with tourism as a force for good that positively affects local communities, the environment and wildlife for the future.

It’s a position that connects the travel trade to sustainable businesses and locations within British Columbia with Adventure World leading the way.

It complements the Destination Canada Radical Ambassador program that embraces Radical Openness, a concept that taps into Canada’s unique blend of openness: open spaces, open hearts and open minds and takes it one step further in an even more sustainable direction.
