Travel Agents continue to defy unwarranted bleak predictions of their fate by opening new stores, including one this week, which became the second new Australian travel agency in less than three months.
Swinging opens its doors this week was Helloworld Travel Caroline Springs in Victoria, a Helloworld Travel fully branded agency owned and run by industry veteran, Meral Murgoski.
Meral, who has over 20 years industry experience, opened Helloworld Travel Caroline Springs to compliment her existing agency, Helloworld Travel Watergardens.
Speaking at opening night celebrations, Meral said she sees her both her agencies as long-time investments in an amazing industry and brand.
“I am proud to be a part of an amazing brand and truly believe when you do what you love and have a passion and drive for customer service as well as for the travel industry it doesn’t feel like a job but a long- time investment.”
