Entire Travel Group today has set a new industry benchmark by unveiling a Peace of Mind Booking Plan that provides consumers with a full refund for COVID-related pre-departure cancellations, but will ensure their travel advisor still receives full commission.
The new Peace of Mind Booking Plan is now included on hundreds of exclusive holiday packages across an expanded range of 28 destinations, which travel advisors can book 24/7 through the Entire Travel Group website, with no login details required.

A full refund is available if a customer has a personal encounter with COVID and it interrupts their travel plans.
For example, should a customer be diagnosed with COVID within the 10 days immediately prior to travel, or if someone within their immediate household becomes infected. All that is required to secure the refund is evidence of a positive PCR test result.
In addition, full refunds are provided if consumers experience a meaningful change in a pre-existing medical condition in the 14 days immediately prior to travel, elevating their risk from exposure to COVID. And if a consumer or an immediate family member is hospitalised or dies from the coronavirus within 28 days of departure.
The COVID Terms are just one element of the Peace of Mind Booking Plan. It also includes the Entire Refundable Booking Terms which cover a range of factors including flight disruptions, adverse weather, and document theft.
