IT'S EOFY: There's no better TIME to invest in yourself!

The 30 June EOFY deadline is just around the corner, and there’s no better tax-deductible investment than your career or that of one of your staff members.

The 30 June EOFY deadline is just around the corner, and there’s no better tax-deductible investment than your career or that of one of your staff members.

Since its foundation in 2009, TIME has accelerated the leadership and career paths of some 200 graduates from more than 100 travel, tourism and hospitality businesses, with many saying it was the smartest investment they ever made.

But don’t take our word for it.

We asked TIME graduates about their experience in the program and the effect it has had on their careers.

Here’s what they had to say:

Sarah McMath, Virgin Australia

“Since TIME, I’ve had four promotions within my business; from Industry Account Manager, to my current position leading a staff of nine at Virgin Australia.”

Blake Wiggins, DriveAway Holidays

“Honestly, TIME would have to be the best career decision I have ever made.”

Steve Farrelly, Rocky Mountaineer

“I oversee a project to redesign and redeploy a cloud based reservation system, improving the global distribution of product to trade partners and, through improved ecommerce applications and exploring digital integration with suppliers, to seek efficiency gains to ensure we are scalable and future business growth is sustainable.”

“Hand on my heart, I can say TIME’s mentoring program kick-started the period of serious career progression that has brought me to this point.”

Elizabeth Hutchison, Air New Zealand

“The real secret of TIME’s success is its ability to match mentees with mentors who hold the very skills and wisdom each mentee seeks. Both my TIME mentors had the experience and insights to understand my opportunities, my challenges and, most of all, to support me to believe in what I could achieve.”

“TIME has been pivotal in driving my career progression. As a graduate of the program, I was also thrilled to be the recipient of TIME’s 2018 Virtuoso Travel Week scholarship.”

Expressions of interest for TIME’s 32nd program intake (commencing 05 September) are due by Friday 17 August, 2018. Take action now and put your career into top gear before 30 June is in the rear-view mirror.
