Explore Worldwide has announced a new preferred partnership with Helloworld Travel, enhancing access to over 350 small-group adventures across Australia and New Zealand through Helloworld’s extensive network.
The partnership aims to promote Explore’s offerings through prominent channels, including Helloworld Branded and Associate Networks, Magellan, Helloworld Business Travel, My Travel Group, MTA, Alatus, Express Travel Group, First Travel Group, and Travellers Choice.
Sharing his excitement about the news, Ben Ittensohn, Regional Director for Explore Australia and New Zealand, said, “Travel agents are instrumental to our growth as we continue to expand our brand in Australia and New Zealand, and we are thrilled to partner with such a highly respected network like Helloworld Travel.”
Meanwhile, Helloworld’s General Manager of Commercials, Stan Scott, echoed the positivity by emphasising the alignment between the two organisations. “Helloworld is excited to be working with Explore, which offers our customers a wide range of small-group touring options, including walking, food and drink, wildlife, and cycling tours across amazing destinations.
“Customers increasingly seek authentic experiences that immerse them in local culture while travelling sustainably and supporting local economies—something Explore delivers perfectly,” said Scott.
Building on the success of 2024
2024 has been a standout year for Explore, with a 59 per cent year-on-year growth in bookings driven by rising demand for small-group tours and sustainable travel. As a certified B-Corp, Explore has committed to providing responsible and experiential travel experiences that agents can confidently promote.

Ittensohn highlighted strong demand for classic European destinations like Italy and Greece, alongside growing interest in emerging destinations such as Turkey, Albania, Japan, and Sri Lanka.
Explore’s newly launched 2025 range introduces tours to Ghana, Finland, Chile, and Everest Base Camp alongside its new premium Upgraded Collection, which offers elevated accommodations and experiences for travellers seeking a more luxurious adventure.
“This partnership reflects the strong alignment between Helloworld and Explore’s offerings and ethos, highlighting our shared commitment to delivering enriching and meaningful travel experiences,” Ittensohn added.
To support Helloworld agents, Explore has recently launched its 2025 brochure range, designed to be a valuable selling tool. These brochures showcase Explore’s small-group adventure trips and provide agents with the tools to convert inquiries into bookings. Agents can order brochures through Tifs.
