“We were delighted with the way TIME evolved last year. In particular, the increase in participation from beyond the traditional Sydney and Melbourne catchments was significant. TIME has a truly national presence now,” said the mentorship’s Founder, Penny Spencer.

“To see TIME mentees grow and develop so much professionally and personally through the six-month program is unbelievably satisfying. The bonds they forge with their mentors are deep, and every graduation event is incredibly moving as each mentee describe his or her TIME journey.

“Then, as TIME Graduates, they join an enviable network of remarkable, supportive people—some of the finest in the industry.”
