Lions, monkeys, koalas & owls met Helloworld Travel & a former Aussie Bachelor in paradise for tips on harmonious living before transforming into beautiful unicorns for a night of reveals.
It sounds like a manic jungle but it was actually paradise from some 500 Helloworld Travel consultants and their close supplier friends who wrapped up the 2018 Frontliners Forum in Fiji with a whole lot of positive, Bula spirit.
The day kicked off with aching muscles and some hangovers thanks to an epic dance session courtesy of the covers band Furance & the Fundamentals. Click here to catch up on the previous night.
But it wasn’t anything that couldn’t be fixed with a little fresh juice, an update on new products from Helloworld Travel’s Steve Brady and an emotional session on sustainable tourism with Intrepid Travel’s Chief Executive, James Thornton.
Motivational speaker, Kirk Peterson, brought the laughs with an analysis of personality types that saw Agents – for the first time ever – identifying themselves with lions, monkeys, koalas and owls.
It was a roaring session.
Then it was a quick bus ride to the Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa where Agents were split into two groups (branded and associate) for customer service training and supplier hosted trivia.
A little lunch, some afternoon tea and some hilarious APT carpool karaoke later, a former Australian Bachelor, Tim Robards, took to the stage to offer advice on how to increase your energy levels throughout the day. This was more than just a healthy eating session, he talked consultants through how they should be sitting in the office and why they should squat as though they’re a carefree two-year-old.
Helloworld Travel’s John Constable wrapped up the formal day sessions by making a huge announcement – Helloworld Travel Frontliners Forum will be going out to sea onboard Ovation of the Seas in 2019!

With so many reasons to celebrate, Agents ran back to their rooms, frocked up and reconvened at the Sheraton Fiji Resort for an epic gala night where attendees found out who the best of the best are within the business. And they were…
