Helloworld Travel Mackay, Mt Pleasant and Townsville has won both the Queensland and National Agency of the Year (Multi Store) branded awards at the Helloworld Travel Owners and Managers Conference (OMC) in Cairns.
The Queensland-based business, owned and operated by Annabel and Ben Dolphin, collected two of the top branded honours at OMC, taking out both the state and national Agency of the Year (Multi Store) titles.
The dual win recognises performance, customer service and team achievement across Helloworld Travel’s national branded network.
The Dolphins run four stores across Queensland, in Mackay, Mt Pleasant and Townsville, plus a New Farm store in Brisbane. They travelled to Cairns to accept the awards.
What the awards recognise

The OMC 2026 Reward and Recognition Program celebrates achievements by owners, managers and teams across Helloworld Travel’s branded and associate networks.
The program acknowledges agencies that consistently deliver strong customer experiences and business results.
What the owners said

Annabel Dolphin said the double recognition reflected the work of the entire team.
“Being recognised as both Queensland and Australia’s Multi-Store Agency of the Year is something we are incredibly proud of. These awards belong to our entire team, whose passion, commitment, and genuine care for our clients shine through every day,” Ms Dolphin said.

“We are also incredibly grateful to our loyal clients and the communities that continue to support our stores in Mackay, Mt. Pleasant, Townsville, and New Farm. Their trust allows us to do what we love – creating unforgettable travel experiences and achievements like this simply would not be possible without them.”
Earlier this year, Helloworld Travel Mackay and Mt Pleasant owners Annabel and Ben Dolphin marked a major milestone in 2026 with four decades in business, which has seen the Central Queensland stores become trusted travel providers for the community.
Helloworld Travel’s 2026 Owner Managers Conference took place in Cairns in June, bringing together around 500 delegates comprising owners, managers, suppliers and industry partners from across Australia and New Zealand. Read our wrap from the event here.
KARRYON UNPACKS: A regional Queensland operator taking the national multi-store crown is a reminder that bricks-and-mortar advisor businesses outside the capital cities are among the network’s strongest performers. For clients in Mackay, Townsville and Brisbane’s New Farm, it signals a team the wider industry now rates as Australia’s best in its class.
