Cheers to 2024! itravel’s year of growth ends on a high with Christmas event

itravel wrapped up a “year of growth” in suitable style, with a Christmas celebration at Four Pillars Laboratory in Sydney.

Held last Friday, the event brought together itravel’s network, head office team and key supplier partners to reflect on a big 12 months for the travel agency consortium.

During 2024, the group managed to double its head office team, welcome new members and launch initiatives to support agents.

Showcasing itravel’s solid industry partnerships, in attendance were representatives from leading suppliers like AAT Kings, ATIA, Bunnik Tours, Celebrity Cruises, CLIA, Entire Travel, Gate 7, Globus Family of Brands, Hurtigruten, Infinity Holidays, MSC Cruises, Qatar Airways, Royal Caribbean, Scenic Group and Viking, among others. 

With eyes on further expansion, the group says it is gearing up for an even bigger 2025.

“It’s been an incredible year of growth for itravel, and it was fantastic to bring everyone together to celebrate,” itravel CEO Steve Labroski said.

“Our success is a direct result of the commitment and collaboration of our network, suppliers, and head office team, and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together.”

In November, the group hosted an exclusive networking event in Brisbane with agents travelling all the way from the Sunshine Coast and Redcliffe Peninsula to attend, bringing its Queensland members together with more than 16 key suppliers for the first time.
