It’s not every night you get to meet the winner of ‘I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here’, but last night that’s exactly what Travel Advisors got to do for the first night of Visit USA’s Expo Week.
The Expo week kicked off in Melbourne with King of the Jungle and Hollywood entertainment reporter Richard Reid taking to the stage as MC, along with Hawthorn Footballer and jungle buddy, Shane Crawford.
They greeted a packed room of enthusiastic Travel Advisors at the Glasshouse at Olympic Park.
US tourism boards, tourism regions, airlines and attractions updated a full house of Travel Advisors on the latest offerings in the USA along with a, ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here’ themed-quiz round.
Visit USA President, Lucy Rowe said, “last night’s event was a huge success with a packed audience, new exhibitors and great prizes”.
“The exhibitors had great booth displays for agents to enjoy including an amazing doughnut wall from Visit Portland,” she said.
A big hit with the Travel Advisors, Richard was a magnet to the camera with guests lining up to have their picture taken with the US personality and I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here winner.
Prizes were also given away in abundance with many Advisors celebrating with trips won to the USA.
