Evolution Travel Collective (ETC) celebrates five years in operation this month with seven clients (and counting!) as Co-Founders Pete Rawley and Ingrid Berthelsen reflect on a journey filled with resilience and innovation.
ETC marked the milestone anniversary with a three-day retreat in Daylesford, Victoria, bringing its remote working team together to enjoy some bonding time and strategise for the future.
Over the five years, the B2B representation company overcame numerous challenges, including COVID-19, which saw ETC rebuild both the business and the team.
With the addition of three staff: Business Development Managers Michelle Daniels and Chris le Roux and Sales & Marketing Executive Hayley Hirschfeld, ETC now represents seven suppliers and is ready to continue its growth trajectory.
Embarking on its sixth year, Pete Rawley said ETC remains dedicated to its core values of innovation, expertise and partnerships for continued growth and success while embracing the challenges and opportunities ahead.
“The journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. It’s amazing to see how the business has evolved over the last five years, while still maintaining its innovative shared services model,” he said.
“The heart of our success lies in the strong relationships we’ve built with our agency partners who have been fundamental to our business.”
