Thankfully we are now finally coming out of the other side with the possibility of international travel arriving ever closer by the day.

It’s no secret to anyone that the pandemic has displaced and devastated the industry of personnel and expertise across every sector in Australia and the world.
How can we rebuild and restart the travel and tourism industry to meet rising and soon to be immediate demand?

The business is gaming to position itself through specialist Executive Search and recruitment expertise thanks to the team’s collective and extensive industry knowledge exclusively in the Aviation and Travel sector.
White goes on to say that “Sadly, most of the tourism industry, in all its variations, airlines, cruise companies, travel agencies, travel management companies or tourism boards, have had to cut their staff numbers aggressively. In some cases, you could quickly assess perhaps too deep to support a rapid resumption.”
“With the anticipation that the industry will recover to a reasonable level, competition between all airlines and travel-related companies will be fierce.
“My belief is that if there are people out there that have been in the industry and have had to leave or have been made redundant, there’s probably a really high percentage that does want to come back into it because they just love what they do. I’m hoping that there’ll be a high percentage that will take the risk and come back.”
