Four decades of anything is remarkable but 40 years in the travel industry is outstanding. LUXE by itravel luxury and cruise specialist Megan Catterall has charted an impressive journey from travel enthusiast to successful business owner – and still has plenty more to achieve.
Inspired by her globe-trotting grandparents, Sydney-based Catterall has translated her passion for travel into a thriving business, witnessing the evolution of travel and remaining a trusted advisor to her loyal clients along the way.
She recently marked her milestone by hosting a private cocktail party with 87 clients aboard Carnival Luminosa’s BRAVO Cruise of Performing Arts seven-night cruise.
“Some new clients joined, along with dear friends I’ve known for 40 years, making it extra special. Relationships are the key to my success, and I’m proud of what I’ve achieved in my 40 years in this industry I love,” Catterall said.
Starting her industry career with work experience at API Travel, Catterall is a now a business owner under the LUXE by itravel brand.
“The consortia [itravel CEO] Steve Labroski has built is totally awesome and I just love it. I have my passion back because I am with my tribe and being part of Virtuoso through LUXE by itravel has also reignited my drive,” she said.
