Open to qualified applicants from any background across the travel, tourism, aviation and hospitality industries, this generous full scholarship provided by Silversea Cruises, supports its successful candidate to engage in a full six-month formal industry mentoring program.
Just as Silversea Cruises know that no ship is meant to stay in a single harbour, so too must we all venture out into new seas at some point in our careers.
And, as difficult as the last 18 months of COVID stormy waters may be, working with a mentor is a great way to navigate a new path forward.
You can expect to receive guidance, feedback, a clear sense of direction, the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and above all, find a mentor who believes in you.
TIME says you will be challenged to think about the world in new ways, and you will need to invest critical time to set clear goals and own your development through one-on-one sessions either in person, or remotely – depending on your choice and your location.
And in return, you’ll join an exclusive group of TIME graduates who have gone before you, and invested in their careers in this significant way.
