Travellers Choice’s new multi-tiered membership model was the topic of choice at the group’s recent five-city Members Meetings, which represented the national network’s first post-pandemic in-person gatherings.

Travellers Choice’s new multi-tiered membership model was the topic of choice at the group’s recent five-city Members Meetings, which represented the national network’s first post-pandemic in-person gatherings.

Travellers Choice held catch-ups in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, where Managing Director Christian Hunter and Chairman Trent Bartlett took members through the new packages with solutions tailored for home-based advisors and high-turnover businesses.

The three new membership packages – Activate, Elevate and Accelerate – provide different levels of business services and financial benefits for travel businesses at varying stages of growth.

As well as receiving information on the company’s operational strategies and financial forecasts, Travellers Choice members also had the opportunity to discuss current challenges facing their independent travel businesses, which include staff shortages.

“While it’s an industry-wide issue, our members have an unmatched array of support services and tools to help them deliver an exceptional customer experience,” Mr Hunter said, adding that it was encouraging to see the support for the expanded membership structure.

“At the same time, they see the potential for a more flexible approach to add further momentum to our current network growth.”
