Adventure World has welcomed Hayley Favaro (née Lewis) as its first-ever Content Marketing Manager, underlining the custom travel specialist’s commitment to inspiring purpose-driven travel.
Based in Sydney, Hayley will report to Liz Glover, Head of Marketing, and lead the brand’s content strategy, crafting engaging storytelling that highlights sustainable and immersive travel experiences.
A seasoned content creator, Hayley’s work has appeared in The Telegraph, Metro, Delicious and Lonely Planet. She brings experience from film, TV, radio and advertising, as well as six years at Destination NSW, where she specialised in website and video content.

Hayley also runs her own travel platform, A Lovely Planet, sharing insights and tips – including the realities of travelling with young children.
Adventure World says the new appointment reflects its dedication to authentic storytelling and meaningful travel, reinforcing its “Travel with Purpose” ethos.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Hayley to the Adventure World family,” Glover says.
“Her passion for travel, coupled with her extensive content creation experience and commitment to responsible tourism, makes her the perfect fit to amplify our mission of creating truly meaningful travel experiences that benefit both our travellers and the destinations they visit.”

Indeed, Adventure World can lay claim to being a leader in purposeful driven travel.
Last year, the brand announced it would allow travellers to choose how they give back to the places they visit by customising their itineraries with bespoke MAKE TRAVEL MATTER Experiences in destinations such as Vietnam, Morocco, Borneo and Canada.
This week, a new World Animal Protection report showed Adventure World scored maximum points for its commitment to animal welfare policies.
