Movers + Shakers: Brett Harvey joins Via Travel as Partnerships Director

Australian small group tour company, Via Travel, has appointed travel industry veteran Brett Harvey as its new Partnerships Director.

Australian small group tour company, Via Travel, has appointed travel industry veteran Brett Harvey as its new Partnerships Director.

Harvey brings a wealth of travel sector experience to the role. For over a decade, he plied his trade at the Travel Corporation and followed this with more than six years at Intrepid Travel. 

Along with other travel roles, he worked as a partnerships manager at the Council of Australian Tour Operators (CATO) and most recently as a sales director at Albatross Tours.

“I’m thrilled to be joining Via Travel as Partnerships Director,” said Harvey, who is based in Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.

“Via Travel is setting new standards for small group travel across Australia by prioritising local, premium accommodations and curating responsible travel experiences through the country’s breathtaking landscapes.

“I look forward to collaborating with our partners and expanding our opportunities together.”

Via Travel Managing Director, Stuart Wesierski, said Harvey would be a perfect fit for the Aussie company.

“Brett’s extensive experience and our shared passion for adventure and Australian tourism make him a perfect fit for the team,” he remarked.
